Roof replacement in Chagrin Falls OH near Russell Uplands Preserve
We Just finished another roof replacement right here in Chagrin Falls, OH, not too far from Russell Uplands Preserve.
The homeowner came to us after some storm damage and needed to file a claim through Allstate. We handled the whole insurance process from start to finish and got it fully approved.
Thats one less headache for the homeowner to deal with.
When we tore off the old roof, we found the original wood plank decking underneath. You could tell this house had some years on it. We sheeted over that old decking with new OSB, then laid down TopShield TS20 synthetic underlayment across the entire roof as you can see in the photos.

For the shingles we went with Owens Corning Duration in the Teak color. It gives the house a warm, natural brown tone that looks great with all the trees around the property. The Duration line is a solid choice, they hold up well in Northeast Ohio winters and they come with a good warranty too.
We also installed new brown metal valley and ridge flashing to match everything up nice. Its those little details that make a roof job look clean and professional when its all done.
Our crew worked through the whole project quick and made sure to clean up the yard and driveway before we left. We had our dump trailer and work trailer right there on site so everything stayed organized.
