Roof installation in Chagrin Falls OH near Kenston Intermediate School
We just finished a big roof installation in Chagrin Falls OH and wanted to show you the results. This was an insurance claim job for hail damage on a home right near Kenston Intermediate School, right off Rt 306.
This wasn’t just a simple tear-off and replace. When our team got up there, we found some real construction issues from when the home was originally built. As you can see in the photos, the decking in the front of the house was wavy, which means the framing underneath wasn’t quite right. Our team built up one of the rafters to fix that original framing problem, and the roof turned out way better then it would of if we just shingled over it.
We used Owens Corning shingles with proper underlayment and made sure everything was done right. The homeowner was really happy with how clean and straight everything looked when we finished up.
