The property sits close to the farm and its wide open fields, in one of the larger lot areas around Moreland Hills where homes and buildings often have more roof to cover than average. Our team set up early in the morning and worked through a full day of tear off, new insulation, and new roofing material to get the whole roof done right.

A Big Roof Needs The Right Materials
This roof had more then one type of surface to deal with, with steeper sections that needed new shingles and lower sloped sections that needed new insulation board underneath the roofing material. Insulation board helps keep the building more efficient and gives the roofing material a solid flat surface to sit on instead of an uneven old deck. We brought in new shingles for the steep areas and fresh insulation and roofing material for the lower sections so the whole roof works together instead of being patched in pieces.
