Hail Damage Roof Replacement Claim in Orange Village OH
A homeowner on Harvard Road in Orange Village called Radiant Roofing after hail caused enough damage to warrant a full replacement through their insurance. The stripped deck told the whole story once we got up there.

These three photos show the job from tear off to nearly finished. The first shot shows the stripped deck, and the sheathing condition tells you why the claim was approved. The plywood is dark with water staining, soft in spots, and badly deteriorated from years of compromised shingles letting moisture in.
The second photo shows a crew member nailing warm brown laminate architectural shingles into place with a pneumatic coil nailer. The third shows the new shingles going on the lower slope with the upper gable still being finished and a blue tarp catching debris on the ground.
