Radiant Roofing finished a chimney and flat roof repair job near Forest Ridge Preserve in Moreland Hills OH. The home sits close to the preserve and the South Chagrin Reservation, so the roof gets plenty of shade and falling leaves from the trees around it. Our team got up on the roof to check the chimney flashing and the flat roof surface for any spots that might let water inside. The chimney had an older flashing seal around the base that needed attention before it caused a bigger problem inside the house.

We went over the whole roof surface, checked the seams, and sealed the areas around the vent pipes and the chimney base where water tends to pool, and that kind of upkeep matters more then people expect on a flat roof.
